Grand Forks | East Grand Forks | Fargo Wedding Photographer - Beautiful Summer Wedding At The University Of North Dakota
I met MaryAnn & Natisha through a groom I was working with who happened to be a coworker of MaryAnn’s. After meeting with the couple, I could tell we had a lot in common and working with them would be a total blast!
We actually had a separate double Bridal session about a month before the wedding where we had total freedom to capture stunning couple portraits without the time constraints and normal stressors of the actual wedding day. Even though it was 98 degrees during our double bridal session, we had so much fun and got some great shots.
We’re so glad we planned that bridal session because soon after (and before the wedding) Natisha broke her arm!!! Ouch. She was supposed to have it in a full cast for the wedding day but she was a trooper and told the doctors to hold off on the cast until after the wedding! Even with a broken arm on her wedding day, she was open to anything and we worked hard to get amazing photos while keeping her as comfortable as possible. It was one of the more memorable wedding day portrait shoots I’ve done.
The ceremony at The Gorecki was beautiful as family and friends got to witness Natisha & MaryAnn exchange vows, rings, and a first kiss as a married couple.
The guests then enjoyed social hour while the space was transformed into a beautiful reception space with amazing details spread throughout. Once the reception began, it was a non stop celebration! There was incredible food, drinks, music, dancing, and lots of laughter as everyone commemorated the newlyweds!
Congrats to the new couple! Thanks so much for choosing me to capture your wedding day memories!
