 NAASTAD ACRES

Naastad Acres is a wedding day oasis located just a hop from Hatton, ND (almost halfway between Fargo & Grand Forks). Centered around a little red barn, this rustic feeling venue has every modern day comfort available and is the perfect setting for couples who are seeking something unique and timeless with just the right touch of North Dakota prairie.

THE GORECKI ALUMNI CENTER & HOPPER DANLEY SPIRITUAL CENTER

Located on the campus of The University Of North Dakota, The Gorecki & The Hopper Danley offer couples a variety of wedding day options with their state-of-the-art contemporary '“green” venue…or the smaller more traditional-feeling spiritual center. The Gorecki itself is the first building in North Dakota and the first university alumni center in the country to be constructed under the strictest green guidelines established by the U.S. Green Building Council. It now ranks in the top 3 percent of the most environmentally friendly buildings in the country. It has a vast space for weddings and/or receptions and the giant windows surrounding the space flood the area with beautiful natural light which make photographing indoors a delight!

The Hopper Danley is a smaller non-denominational spiritual center for those couples who value a more traditional “Church” wedding. It’s surrounded by water from the nearby coolie with an abundance of trees and trails. I’ve photographed many weddings where the couples had their ceremony at the Hopper Danley and the reception at the Gorecki…but there are also those couples who have BOTH inside the Gorecki. Either way, the venues are both top notch.

THE PINES

Just outside of Fargo, in Davenport, sits The Pines. This unique property is home to two award-winning venues; Pines White and Pines Black. Surrounded by trees and farmland, the Pines offers a tranquil and inspiring environment for your special event.

The custom-built, barn-inspired, event venues were thoughtfully designed to offer a timeless blank canvas for your event. The Pines venues feature everything you’ll need to create a memorable event experience; a wide-open floor plan with a welcoming reception area, elegant bathrooms, an expansive great hall, dedicated event prep suites, designated ceremony areas, and an on-site bar.

RUSTIC OAKS

Rustic Oaks is where you go to escape the busy city, surround yourself with nature, and enjoy the one of the area’s most beautiful natural settings to host a wedding. Technically, Rustic Oaks is situated in Moorhead, MN…but it’s too stunning to leave off my ND venue list!

The property has options for both indoor & outdoor ceremonies along with separate dedicated spaces for getting ready. There are tons of beautiful outdoor areas for amazing photographs and owners and staff are always so wonderful to work with!

RiverHaven Events Center is a premier, luxurious event venue located in Moorhead Minnesota. It delivers a decidedly different experience. Soaring ceilings, natural light and elegant, private surroundings make RiverHaven an intimate urban oasis for weddings.

THE MYRA MUSEUM

Right off Belmont Drive in Grand Forks, you’ll find the Grand Forks Historical Society’s Myra Museum. This property not only offers a glimpse into the past of Grand Forks, but also offers one of the most beautiful outdoor wedding locations for couples.

THE RALPH ENGelSTAD ARENA (The Ralph)

Sitting at the heart of Grand Forks is one of the nation’s premiere college hockey arenas…The Ralph. Besides hosting sporting events and concerts, the Ralph is an absolutely gorgeous wedding venue! The Traditions Area (the main lobby) makes a stunning and elegant setting for a wedding reception with the history of UND hockey in the surrounding background as an added bonus!
